National Trophy 15,16,17 November 2019. In the 60 Mini category among the protagonists of the race weekend, there was Lorenzo Coronese, supported by the Racingteam Cmt of Fasano. Weekend made even more difficult by the rain falling incessantly for 3 consecutive days, putting riders, vehicles and insiders to the test ... therefore great emotions on the International Circuit of Viterbo where Lorenzo marks the second best time in the timed tests, in the two runs on Saturday, he arrives first at the finish line (despite having used strategically the slick tires in the clear intent of safeguarding the rains for the final races on Sunday) and then 1st in the second race, scoring the best time in the race! Sunday was reopened with Lorenzo Coronese still the fastest in the warmup, but the twists and turns in fact Lorenzo starting second in the pre-final commits the first and perhaps the only error in the agitated phases of the start, finding himself 12th in the first corner. The comeback ends with the best lap in 6th position, relegated to 7th due to a 5 second penalty for the "down" nose at the end of the race! Still the fastest in the Final, but starting seventh he does not go beyond the third final place behind his teammate, on which he does not even try to overtake on the final lap despite having excellent chances to finish it, to avoid taking unnecessary risks, given that anyway he would have been relegated back to third place for another 5-second penalty taken at the race!
